FREE Premium Shipping:
For all orders over £50.00 within United Kingdoms.
Shipping zones:
Currently we ship exclusively to United Kingdoms.
We are trying to expand our offer to be able to deliver in the future soon EU wide.
Delivery times & more info:
The delivery time is currently 9-14 days for all shipping methods and deliveries within United Kingdoms. Please note the information in the product description. Some products may currently have longer delivery times.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and try to deliver all packages within the specified time frame. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages due to weather, incorrect address information, carrier issues, or beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
If a package is lost, missing or the delivery cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that have confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are non-refundable until resolved. If your package does not show up or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@happy-poppy.uk with your order number.
