Poor

Delivery apparently within their stated time frame!! So why did I receive multiple emails apogising for delay in receiving both orders. My first item a cat brush is rubbish! Didn't include sufficient instructions . I was offered a refund of 20% if I chose not to return to China at my cost. They do state a refund of postage costs but its very expensive upfront.

Totally disappointed and will never buy from them again. Poor quality products poor divery.

My granddaughter absolutely loves it, she giggles and plays with it alot. I like it also, But my crazy cat is scared of it. My granddaughter did discover the different settings and am hoping with the slower speed he will warm up to it. Silly cat!
